Working with Twana has given me a lot of room to grow into my own voice as a leader. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the trust she’s placed in me to think through challenges, make decisions, and take real ownership of my work, while still being someone I could come to when I needed another perspective. That kind of autonomy has been especially valuable because so much of my growth has happened through experience. I’ve had the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, navigate situations that didn’t always have a clear roadmap, and learn to trust my own judgment rather than feeling like I needed someone else to give me every answer. I’ve also appreciated that Twana has given me space to lead in a way that feels natural to me. Over time, that has helped me become more confident in how I communicate, make decisions, and step into greater responsibility. Having a leader who trusted me with important work gave me the opportunity to stretch and prove to myself what I was capable of.
